The time scale is from 12 to 24 months, depending on the size and technical demands of the house.

What is the price of house/property maintenance?

Price is calculated depending upon client’s specific maintenance requests.

What is the price for renting a home?

The current cost (November 2021) is $25 per night/person. You can rent the smallest house at Diamond Hill Resort for $100/night.

What is the distance of the resort from the beach?
